This is the second go around with the HCG diet, the first time was through another provider. I was very successful the first time and looking forward to making even more progress this time. The staff are very friendly a this clinic. I'm scared to death of needles, but they were very patient and I am now giving myself the injections!! They are NOT painful at all. I'm on mu first day of the VLCD, so I'll have to keep you posted on my progress.

I had my first visit to Advance HCG Diet Center on July 22,2009. The people were friendly, and seemed well informed. The owners of the center have gone through the weight loss program themselves, and had great success. Since they know what it is like to be overweight, the will most likely be able to know what I'm going through, and help me out along the way. I have check into several other cinics the try city area, and this is a lot less expensive. I'll be starting my first load day Aug 10
