15 pounds in first 2 weeks with no hunger or discomfort. Very easy diet to follow, and the staff are very helpful when you have questions. My best friend started this also and she seems to really enjoy it. We are excited to see what is happening for her in a week! better alternative than gastric by-pass

The first time I tried this diet was with drops, purchased from a friend I only made it one day, I was starving. However, I was not monitored by a doctor and I did not have the shake to drink 4 times per day if needed. tomorrow is my first time on the VLC so wish me luck. More updates to follow. The staff are very helpful, as well, having knowledge. I look forward to the weight loss. I think this is a better alternative than gastric by pass surgery. thats where I was headed.
